Grand Terrace Barton Road Interchange Project was dedicated at 10 a.m., Friday October 13th. Welcome by M/C James Ramos, 3rd District Board of Supervisors, with the National Anthem sung by Alejando Rosales, Grand Terrace High School student, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Remarks were by John Bolinski, Dist 8 Cal Dept of Transportation, our Mayor Darcy McNaboe, Rep. Eloise Reyes, 47th District and Rep. Marc Steinorth, 50th District. Also in attendance were Colton Mayor Richard DeLaRosa and several councilmen. It was concluded with the 'ground breaking' ceremony by several dignitaries.
