SBVC Men’s Cross Country Finishes 16th at Stanford Invitational

SBVC traveled to Stanford Golf Course in Palo Alto for the Stanford University Invitational and finished with 441 points, the top individual finisher for SBVC was freshman Michael Teran (Fontana H.S.) grabbing 6th place. Clearing this finish line first for SBVC was Teran with a time of 23:59.6, closing in 41.3 seconds behind was freshman Luis Ortega (Fontana Jurupa Hills) who grabbed a time of 24:40.9 to finish 39th Sophomore Derek Barnett (Redlands East Valley) who finished 117th with a time of 26:05.4 and with a 136th place finish was freshman Isaac Gonzalez (Fontana H.S.) with a time of 26:29.6. Wrapping up the top five for SBVC was sophomore Daniel Aguilera (Fontana Jurupa Hills) who collected a time of 26:36.3, good enough for 143rd place. Freshman Juan Velazquez (Ontario Colony) and sophomore Cameron Graves (Moreno Valley Canyon Springs) finished 156th and 172nd on the afternoon for SBVC.
