In observance of Labor Day, no trains will operate on any Metrolink line Monday, Sept. 7, with the exception of limited bus service on the Antelope Valley Line. Due to multiple track projects, there will be no rail service on the Antelope Valley Line between Saturday, Sept. 5 and Monday, Sept. 7. Metrolink will provide alternate bus service to run from Lancaster to Los Angeles Union Station and back for a total of two round trips. Buses will depart Lancaster at 8:55 a.m., while another group of buses will depart Santa Clarita at 10 a.m. In the evening, buses will leave Lancaster at 6:15 p.m., while additional buses will leave Santa Clarita at 7:18 p.m. All southbound buses will have a final destination of Los Angeles Union Station. Buses will depart Union Station at both 11:40 a.m. and 8:55 p.m., respectively. Buses will not serve Vincent Grade/Acton, Sylmar/San Fernando, or the Sun Valley stations. On Metrolink lines other than the Antelope Valley Line, regular weekend service will operate Saturday and Sunday. Full regular service will resume system-wide on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
