Mark your calendars for Thursday, Dec. 3 as the City of Grand Terrace presents “Light Up Grand Terrace” from 5 - 7 p.m. Brighten your holiday spirit as the community gathers together to watch the First Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. The tree will be located on the corner of Barton Road and Palm Avenue. Lighting will be at 6:30 p.m. Be a part of a new Grand Terrace tradition. Gather your family and friends for an evening of holiday excitement, beginning at the Azure Hills Church parking lot, located at 22633 Barton Road, Grand Terrace. This is FREE event that will feature local entertainment, a toy drive, arts and crafts, including cards for the troops, and a visit from Santa! Coffee and hot chocolate will also be served. Do not miss the opportunity to see old friends, make new ones, donate a toy, and see the faces of children light up as bright as the Christmas tree. For further information, contact the City of Grand Terrace.
