The longest running solo play in Broadway history about the ways men and women relate, Rob Becker’s comedy Defending the Caveman will appear for two shows (2 p.m. and 7 p.m.) at the Fox Performing Arts Center (3801 Mission Inn Ave.) in Riverside on Saturday, Oct. 18. Seen in more than 45 countries and translated into 18 different languages, Defending the Caveman continues to win the hearts of audiences all over the world. Show producer Theater Mogul says Defending the Caveman offers “a hysterical observation of contemporary feminism, masculine sensitivity and the erogenous zone, and has found a way to mine the common themes of relationships that goes straight to the funny bone.” Headquartered in Reykjavík, Iceland, Theater Mogul was founded in 1999 by Óskar Eiríksson. Partnering with local producers worldwide, Theater Mogul has international success with productions running in 50 countries in more than 300 cities and across six continents worldwide. The company has produced hits such as Silence! The Musical, Cavewoman and Sexy Laundry. Tickets are on sale now at the Fox Performing Arts Center box office, Ticketmaster.com, FoxRiversideLive.com, or by calling 800-745-3000.
