On August 27, 2017, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Deputy P. Casas, from the Sheriff's Central Station, Grand Terrace Patrol, conducted a sexual assault investigation involving a minor. The victim reported Traven sexually assaulted her multiple times over several years. Deputy Casas arrested Traven for PC 289 Rape, and he was booked into the Central Detention Center.
