Players from Grand Terrace High School's (GTHS) varsity football team will head to Corona High School this weekend to participate in the Inland Empire's 29th Annual SPORTS Foundation Football All-Star Classic. On Jan. 11, the team will compete in the annual all-star game, which features senior football players from more than 100 high schools throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties in a county vs. county battle. The GTHS Titan team will be represented by two competitors: senior running back Cruz Duke (#21) and senior offensive lineman Joe Valadez (#79). The game will be the final high school game for these two seniors. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students (with ID) and may be purchased at the Riverside Sports Clinic, 4444 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, or by calling 951-274-3455 or 951-274-3425. The competition begins at 7 p.m. at Corona High School, 1150 West 10th St., Corona, 92882.
