G Force NFL Flag Opening Ceremonies

The G Force NFL Flag Opening Ceremonies were held at Grand Terrace High School this past Sunday. President Hayward Robinson kicked off the event with a prayer at 9 a.m. Aside from multiple introductions of the G Force Committee members, there was a special guest at the event. Colton Joint Unified School District (CJUSD) Randall Ceniceros passed out footballs to youth and encouraged parents and participants to be active volunteers and work together. Grand Terrace High School’s very own Deja Davis sang the National Anthem. G Force Committee members introduced: Katie Bonilla, Damien Gates, Shillen Tseng, Tammy Davis, Becky Wilbur, D 'Andre Davis, Lisa Barron and Dee Dee Wright. With a total of 180 boys and girls, the games began at 10 a.m. with the Jr. Mini division, composed of youth ranging in age from 5-6. The Mini division’s ages ranged from 7-8 while the Rookie division’s ages ranged from 9-11. The Pro division’s ages ranged from 12-14. The sponsors at the event included: Chillz Frozen Yogurt, Cal Skate, Jacqueline Unique Boutique, Antonious Pizza, American Nails, Electric Beach Tanning, and Fiesta Village.
