The City of Grand Terrace has issued the public non-emergency complaint number for residents who may be affected by noise coming from this weekend's Insomniac's Rave Festival. The festival is scheduled to take place at the National Orange Show Event Center, running from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, and Saturday, Nov. 1. Residents affected by the noise may voice their concerns to the Insomniac's non-emergency phone line at 909-888-6788 extension 421, or email info@insomniac.com. The two-day music event is expected to draw thousands to the local area. "The City of Grand Terrace recognizes that our local residents may be negatively impacted by this event," a release issued by the city states. "As the event is held out of our jurisdiction in the City of San Bernardino, we are unable to respond to complaints related to noise."
