Commercial Sewer Bills From October and February On the Way

In May of 2014 the city of Grand Terrace entered into an agreement with the City of Colton to maintain the City’s sewer system and manage the billing and collection of sewer fees for the city’s commercial customers. The city of Colton has been working with Riverside Highland Water Company and Burrtec Waste Industries to identify commercial accounts, account meter numbers, and account holder information. That transition process resulted in a delay in billing. “Grand Terrace’s commercial customers have not received a sewer bill for the period between October, 2014 and March 2015,” said Nicole Mihld, Customer Service Manager for the city of Colton. “We are sending out billing statements covering October 2014 through February 2015 this week and then will be sending statements on a bi-monthly basis.” Commercial customers with questions or concerns can contact customer service at (909)375-5555 to make payment arrangements or to discuss usage.
