Future residents of Grand Terrace will have an opportunity to settle down in a brand new community developed by AEgis Builders, Inc. with homes on Palomino Court in the city of Grand Terrace. “It’s an amazing community to live in and start a family,” said Bryant Hollingsworth, construction and sales manager. “Great schools aren’t the only attractions to Grand Terrace. It [also] boasts one of the lowest crime rates in Southern California.” According to Hollingsworth, there are six single-story homes and six two-story homes available for sale right now. “These homes will be available for occupancy in October, construction is on schedule,” he said. At this point in time, buyers will have the extreme advantage of the numerous choices to make this home their own. “They will be able to choose the Finish Standards such as cabinets, tile, granite and more,” Hollingsworth revealed. The principals of AEgis Builders, Inc. individually have more than 30 years’ experience in project planning, entitlement, project management and construction, dealing with a wide variety of product types including commercial, retail, industrial and large custom and residential tract projects. Darryl E. Moore, vice president and broker, has lived in Grand Terrace since 1970 and constructed townhouses on Preston Street through AEgis Builders, Inc. “These homes are pre-plumbed for solar,” Moore added. “They’re going to have tall ceilings, lots of space, energy efficient, nice finishes and beautiful yards.” Moore and Hollingsworth make a dynamic duo in building these homes for the Grand Terrace community. “Bryant is quite a young man,” Moore said. “He’s very focused on the work we do in building these tracts and marketing them. It’s very challenging work, so we have to be very focused to get the job done.” Moore said they like Grand Terrace, which attributed to their choice of location. “Grand Terrace needs housing, and we think we understand the market here and what it needs,” Moore said. Grand Opening day is June 25, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The celebration includes food, fun and fabulous prizes.
