Voice of the People: Fast Food in Grand Terrace

The following was a submission by a local Boy Scout striving to obtain his Communication Merit Badge by writing a letter to the Editor: I don't want any fast food restaurants like McDonald's because it brings in all the weird people and more traffic for the fast food restaurant. Another reason is because Grand Terrace is a nice small town and peaceful without the traffic. I don't like McDonald's because it's not the healthiest place to eat and I don't want to see Dimitri's or Miguel's Jr. close down because McDonald's is taking all the customers and business away from all the smaller restaurants that are unique to our town.
