Care-E-oke for a Cause

The Care-E-oke charity event held at American Legion Post 155 was nothing short of an incredible success, bringing the community of Colton Grand Terrace together for a night of music, generosity, and unity—all in support of the American Cancer Society.

From the moment the event kicked off, the atmosphere was filled with energy, love, and purpose. Supporters from near and far came out to cheer on their teams and participate in a night that featured not only karaoke but a mouthwatering spread of tacos, cookies, cupcakes, tarts, banana pudding, baked goods, and more. The food alone was a celebration in itself!

What truly made the night special was the spirit of every performer who stepped up to the mic. Each song was sung with heart, soul, and a deep sense of commitment to the cause. Participants didn’t just sing—they donated, performed, and poured their passion into every note. Their enthusiasm lit up the room and made the event unforgettable for all who attended.

Adding to the excitement of the night, Legion member Art Laguna walked away as the lucky winner of the evening’s raffle, taking home a grand prize that added even more joy to the celebration.

The crowd was also serenaded by the beautiful voice of  Angelo Bernal  whose performance brought emotional depth and a musical highlight to an already inspiring evening.

The Care-E-oke event was more than just a fundraiser—it was a reminder of the power of community, music, and coming together for a greater good. With such a powerful turnout and moving performances, we can’t wait to see what this amazing community does next.
