GRAND TERRACE>> On October 28, 2016, Deputy Mitchell from the Central Station responded to a call at the CVS Pharmacy in the City of Grand Terrace involving two females stealing a large amount of cosmetics. Through Mitchell’s investigation, she obtained clear digital video surveillance identifying Lucinda Neri, San Bernardino resident, as one of the suspects involved in the crime. On Thursday morning, Nov. 10, 2016, deputies and detectives from the Central Station served a search warrant at Neri’s home in the unincorporated area of San Bernardino known as Muscoy. Neri was taken into custody without incident and deputies found a large amount of hygiene and cosmetic items in Neri’s home. The items were confirmed as stolen property from a CVS Pharmacy in the City of Grand Terrace and a CVS Pharmacy in the City of San Bernardino. The items were valued at approximately $7,000 and returned to the loss prevention investigators from the CVS Pharmacy. The investigation is ongoing regarding the identification and arrest of the second female involved. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is urged to contact Central Station.
