SAN BERNARDINO>> The Southern California Sports Club already has the coaching staff that will lead the team on its second-ever National Premier Soccer League campaign in place, the club announced. The group is composed of six professionals, coming from three different countries. Leading SoCal SC’s coaching staff will be Brazilian Head Coach Daniel Musatti. Also coming from Brazil are Soccer Operations Manager Rafael Muchiuti, Assistant Coach/Physical Trainer Sinue Zardo and Performance Analyst Lucas Imbroinise. The other three professionals already signed are Assistant Coach Samuel Bernabe from Mexico, GK Coach Jose Manuel Miranda from Cuba, and Sports Physical Therapist Pete Lingas from Indonesia. “Our front office has been extremely supportive and has provided us all we need to have an amazing season. When putting the coaching staff together, we looked for professionals that matched the club’s profile and that had the competencies we needed. I am pretty sure we have a great coaching staff, which will help the club to overcome expectations in 2017”, Musatti said. From the seven professionals already signed, Bernabe is the only returning for his second season with the club as he was part of the inaugural campaign in 2016. The SoCal SC is still looking on the market for a volunteer to provide services to the club as an Equipment Manager. Musatti and his staff have finalized SoCal SC’s roster for the upcoming season. SoCal SC’s season opener will be against Los Angeles’ expansion franchise City of Angels FC, on a road match.
