After an absence of three years due to the Covid pandemic, it is time to bring back the Friends of Happy Trails Banquet! After the extended break, we have reimagined the event this year! The Friends of Happy Trails Banquet will feature a delicious buffet banquet plus a concert starring the legendary and multi-award-winning Sons of Pioneers! Now in their 89th consecutive year since those days in 1934 when three young men, Roy Rogers (then known as Leonard Slye), Bob Nolan, and Tim Spencer worked long and hard to develop a unique sound with close harmony that has thrilled audiences all these years. That sound can still be heard today in familiar and popular songs such as Tumbling Tumbleweeds, Cool Water, and many more!

The banquet/concert will be held on Saturday night, May 20, at the Hilton Garden Inn and Conference Center, 12603 Mariposa Road, Victorville, CA. Doors open at 6 p.m. for social hour with a no-host bar followed by the delicious buffet banquet at 7, a brief Live Auction, and a full concert featuring the Sons of the Pioneers will round out the evening. The dress is Western or business casual. This is a charity benefit event to help abused children served by the Happy Trails Children's Foundation in Apple Valley, CA.

Make your plans now to enjoy an evening out in Victorville with good food, good friends, and a fabulous concert! Seats are limited. Tickets are available now and expected to sell out fast. For tickets and more information, call the Happy Trails Children's Foundation at (760) 240-3330. For more information about the foundation, go to: www.happytrails.org
