At just 14 years old, Danny Mireles is proving to be a standout student athlete at Grand Terrace High School. As a Freshman, Danny excels academically with an impressive 3.6 GPA, demonstrating his ability to balance both his studies and his passion for sports.

Danny has been dedicated to baseball since the age of five, spending the last nine years honing his skills and developing a deep love for the game. Currently, he plays for the GTHS JV Titans baseball team as a catcher, but his versatility allows him to take on multiple roles, including shortstop and pitcher. His ability to excel in various positions makes him a true triple threat on the field.

Beyond baseball, Danny enjoys spending time with his friends and is actively involved in the ASB program at GTHS. His leadership and commitment extend to the classroom, where he challenges himself with advanced classes.

When asked about his biggest motivation, Danny credits his parents for their unwavering support, "My biggest influence on my baseball journey has been my parents because they put a lot of time and effort into getting me where I am now."

Looking ahead, Danny aspires to attend a four year university, major in Psychology, and continue his baseball career at the collegiate level. With his hard work and determination, the future is bright for this young Titan.

The quote he lives by, "It isn’t over till it’s over," perfectly embodies his strength and determination as a Titan.

We wish Danny Mireles the best of luck in his journey. This is just the beginning for this promising Titan!
