City officials and law enforcement agencies are increasing patrol efforts in Moreno Valley neighborhoods following a rise in community concerns about safety and property-related incidents.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department, which provides policing services for Moreno Valley, has expanded visible patrols and community engagement efforts in targeted areas.
Residents have reported concerns ranging from suspicious activity to theft, prompting officials to encourage stronger communication between neighbors and law enforcement.
Authorities are also reminding residents to report non-emergency issues through proper channels and to utilize neighborhood watch programs.
One resident shared on social media, “We’ve seen more patrol cars lately, which makes us feel a little safer.”
City leaders emphasized that proactive policing and community cooperation are key to maintaining public safety.
