Titans Wrestling Their Way From Victory to Victory

Coming off a stunning win over Bloomington High School Bruins last week, the Grand Terrace Titan Wrestling Team delivered another smashing blow to the California Southern Section Sunkist League as they defeated the Fontana High School Steelers Monday night January 14th, with a score of 60-15! Here are the highlights:

106lbs.  Andrew Amezcua lost by fall 

113lbs. Marissa Gonzalez win by forfeit 

120lbs. Malaki Mailo win by forfeit 

126lbs. Gabe Morales win by decision 7-3 

132lbs. Anthony Odenbaugh win by Fall 1:25 

138lbs.  Ruben Hernandez win by forfeit 

145lbs. Marcos Rubio lost by decision 9-7 

152lbs. Jared Truitt win by fall 2:30 

160lbs. Allen Robles win by fall 3:25 

170lbs. Manuel Camacho win by fall  :34 

182lbs. Matthew Ruelas win by forfeit 

195lbs. Luke Vargas win by fall 3:19 

220lbs. Ruby Aboytes lost by fall 

Hvywt  Richmond Rivas win by decision 

The Grand Terrace varsity wrestling team has a home conference meet vs. Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA) on Friday, January 18 and  are expected to be League champs this year. Come out and support them 5 p.m. at Grand Terrace High School gymnasium.
